Joe Davis
Joe was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. He enrolled in the College of Charleston in 1995 and declared a Studio Arts major with an emphasis on wood and metal work. While at the college he developed an interest in the theater department in set design and construction. Upon graduation he managed a local valet company and began designing and fabricating custom furniture. His interest in woodworking and construction lead him to a job with Charleston Woodworks, Inc. where he further developed his craft and gained an overall knowledge of residential and commercial construction. While working with Charleston Woodworks he had the opportunity to be a part of such projects as the new College of Charleston library, a renovation of the clubhouse at Augusta National Golf Course, and the 33,000 square foot Weingarten Estate on the tip of prestigious Kiawah Island. In 2005 Joe left Charleston Woodworks for a position as Project Manager for D.R. Horton homebuilders. Joe has managed the completion of over 100 homes. In 2006 Joe and his partner, Joe Lobert, formed Archer Development Group, LLC. Joe and his wife Erica currently reside on James Island, SC.
Joe Lobert
Joe Lobert was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH. In 1994 he began his college career at the College of Charleston where he majored in Communications. Joe grew up in a real estate family where Saturday’s where spent walking in and out new construction homes with his dad. After graduation he returned to Cincinnati and started a future in real estate. Over the next four years specializing in new home sales for Ryan Homes he gained a vast knowledge of the homebuilding industry. In 2004 Joe returned to Charleston, SC. Combining his real estate and construction knowledge he successfully acquired a position as project manager with Passailaigue custom homes on Daniel Island. In 2005, after a year of working on over 20 custom homes on Daniel Island, Joe made a transition to D.R. Horton homebuilders. Joe has managed the completion of over 100 homes. Joe resides on James Island, SC. with his wife Alsion. On the weekends Joe enjoys catching more fish then his partner Joe Davis.
